ICARE is an intergenerational healthcare campus on the grounds of Riverside County Regional Medical Center, Moreno Valley, CA. Services include multiple assisted living residences, an adjacent child day care center, and a skilled nursing facility opening in 2011. Xeno has been ICC’s agency of record since creating their first promotional materials in 1999 helping Dr. Carl Rowe sell his dream to Moreno Valley/Riverside and the greater community.
